Easier said than done!!
I love food. Unfortunately I am intolerant to a lot of it: wheat, rice, gluten, cheese, chocolate, soy, to name a few. I am always looking for alternative tasty recipes. I also have a bad habit of eating a lot of cheese, chocolate and soy so I almost always have some kind of stomach ache! ha, one day I will learn.
I am a grad student focused on user experience, enjoy bikram yoga, intrigued by raw fooding, and ecstatic about running when my hip allows it. I have been on a quest to reach my healthy weight for some time now. At only 5’0” tall, 125 lbs doesn’t have room for much distribution! My heaviest weight was 131 lbs which may not sound like much but for somone who is barely 60 inches tall (i’m really 4’11.75″), there’s not much room for pudge! I’ve been pretty active since highschool, but the stress of school and work and life seem to always overtake my eating habbits one way or another. After my doctor put me on a super strict detox diet in July 2009, I dropped 5lbs pretty easily. It has crept its way back to my midsection and then some, so I’m back on my journey to health and wellness. Not sure what my goal weight is, the last time I really felt good in my own skin was just before puberty and the whole adolescent-life crisis. Thanks for visiting my blog!
